Reshape HR Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Reshape HR website (the “Service”).

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Purpose of Data Collection
We will hold your personal data to:
- Provide services to you and to answer any queries.
- Engage with you.
- Using your information to match you to perspective vacancies including through the utilisation of job alerts.
- Enabling you to upload your CV for general vacancies and to apply for perspective and specific jobs.
- Make data (such as resume) available to third parties such as perspective employers.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
How long we retain your data
Data if not required will be stored for 6 months and then deleted if it no longer fulfils the purpose it was collected for.
These retention periods may change from time to time based on legal and regulatory or business requirements.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
